For you
Three taps, and the right markets come first.
Tell Gilt what you make, how far you’ll drive and what a booth can cost. Every market then says why it fits, or why it doesn’t.
- A reason on every market: what fits, what to check, what doesn’t.
- Markets that don’t fit go to the bottom, never hidden.
- Change your answers any time in Your work.
Details
Drive times are worked out city to city, so you never give your address. Online calls count wherever they are. More checks (indoor or outdoor, tent, insurance, categories already full) are added as they’re confirmed on organizers’ sites.

Know how a market went before you pay the booth fee.
After each show, Gilt asks six quick questions. Pooled across vendors, the answers show what no flyer will.
The six questions
How busy was it? Busier or quieter than promised? Did sales cover the booth fee, and how many times? Were the visitors buyers for your kind of work? Which price range sold best? Would you come back? Plus one tip for other vendors, if you like.
Shown once five vendors have shared. Never one person’s answers, never to organizers.

Questions makers ask
Which markets are listed?
Craft fairs, holiday, farmers’ and night markets, art fairs, festivals, studio tours and open calls, each checked against the organizer’s own website. Galleriola is built for all of North America; the beta starts with British Columbia and Alberta, and more provinces and states follow. Always confirm with the organizer before you apply.
I don’t paint. Is Galleriola for me?
Yes. Ceramics, jewellery, textiles, wood, glass, candles and soap, paper goods, food, vintage and more: tell us what you make and the markets are sorted for it.
Who is Gilt?
Gilt is a little gold picture frame and your studio helper. It used to hang empty in a studio corner, waiting for a painting, until it found out what it loved most: helping good work find its place. It shows you around, keeps your list up to date, and passes anything it can’t answer to the team. You can hide it any time.
Are my after-show answers private?
Yes. They are only shown pooled with other vendors’, once at least five have shared, and never to organizers. You can delete your reports any time.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your plan page. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then you move to the free plan. Anything beyond the free plan is hidden for a year and comes back if you subscribe again within that year. After a year, it is deleted.
